
Rena Gao, B.B.A.Student-At-Law
Rena is an articling student at Longo Lawyers. She attended law school at the University of Windsor, where she nurtured her love of advocating and helping those in the local community. She volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, where she provided legal research and assistance to adults with developmental disabilities. She continued to foster her continued passion for writing and reading as editor of Headnotes, the law school newspaper. At Windsor Law, Rena was Vice President of Operations for the Asian Law Students Organization, and she hopes to continue to promote diversity in the legal field throughout her career. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the Schulich School of Business, York University.
In her free time, Rena plays tennis and basketball, enjoys writing, and is usually on the hunt for her next read. Rena speaks Mandarin, and loves working with people of different backgrounds and perspectives. She is excited to begin her career at Longo Lawyers and learn as much as she can while helping her clients achieve their goals.
