Adele commenced her career as a legal assistant in 1982 working both defence and plaintiff personal injury.  In 1995, she became a law clerk. In 1999, Adele commenced her career as an office manager for a mid-sized respected downtown Toronto Personal Injury law firm. 

In 2015, Adele joined Fabio Longo’s firm and assumed responsibilities as operations manager.  With a 25+ year career in law she is involved in overseeing the firm’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting Department, software systems, client satisfaction and operational systems.  Her legal knowledge and experience executing business operations allows the lawyers at Longo Lawyers to focus on what they do best… being effective, compassionate and responsive lawyers. 

When Adele is not focused on the busy demands of the firm’s operation, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling.
