
Michael C. Brown, J.D.
Prior to being called to the Ontario bar, Michael Brown earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Brunswick, Faculty of Law.
Michael gained significant experience in litigation while articling at a prominent Greater Toronto Area law firm before joining Aikins Law as an associate lawyer in 2019. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board and Small Claims Court in several jurisdictions including Toronto, York Region, Durham Region, Halton Region, Simcoe County and Muskoka. His work during articles strengthened his passion for advocacy, negotiation and dispute resolution, skills he uses to serve his clients best while representing their interests with care and compassion.
Michael is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, the Toronto Lawyers Association, the York Region Law Association and the Simcoe County Law Association.
When he is not in the office, Michael enjoys attending networking events, travelling and spending time with family and friends in Northern Ontario on Georgian Bay.
