Bryan Fromstein, HBA., LL.B.
Bryan Fromstein is a seasoned litigator and is head of the commercial litigation group. He obtained an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and obtained his LL.B. from Queen’s University.
Bryan is sometimes retained by other lawyers to resolve complex matters for their clients. Bryan is an academic at heart and has an encyclopedic memory of case law. He has significant experience bringing and responding to injunctions and appeals. Bryan’s civil litigation practice includes acting for both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal claims. He has acted for corporations in a wide variety of industries. He also practices in the area of personal injury.
Bryan served as a mentor in the Law Practice Program and has spoken at a Continuing Professional Development Program.
