
Frank N. Del Giudice, Hon. B.A., M.A., LL.B
Frank Del Giudice is a seasoned litigator and advocate, with extensive trial experience with both jury and non-jury trials before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He has a number of reported cases and precedent-setting decisions at all levels of Court, some of which have been featured in the Law Times and other legal journals.
Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1998, Frank has practiced primarily in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury cases, accident benefits, occupiers' liability, municipal liability, transportation law, and subrogation matters. Frank has been an Associate and Partner in private practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and has also had the roles of Senior Counsel and Managing Lawyer at two of Canada's largest In-House Insurance Legal Departments. He has conducted numerous hearings before municipal, and provincial administrative bodies including the Workplace Safety Insurance and Appeals Tribunal. Frank has frequently provided risk management advice to various Canadian and American retailers and commercial landlords and was often retained to defend these entities in large exposure claims.
Over his 22 years of practice, Frank has participated in well over 375 mandatory and private mediations as counsel, which has allowed him to develop and hone his strong negotiation skills. In 2016, Frank obtained a Certificate from the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor in Alternative Dispute Resolution through the renowned Stitt Feld Handy Group ADR Workshop, and has acted in the capacity of mediator for numerous personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability claims, and related matters.
Frank is a member of the Advocates' Society and is a Director of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization.
