Davide has been a dedicated advocate in personal injury law since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2004. With extensive experience across various levels of court, including the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) and the Ontario Court of Appeal, he has successfully represented clients facing serious injuries from car accidents, slips and falls, and other forms of negligence. David has restored benefits for those who have been improperly denied Long Term Disability Benefits, and Accident Benefits.

A particular focus of his practice is acting for survivors of trauma, especially those affected by sexual assault in institutions such as churches, children’s aid organizations and schools. Davide is committed to educating his clients about their litigation process, believing that informed clients are empowered participants in their own claims. He is also fluent in Italian broadening his ability to effectively communicate with his clients.

In addition to his legal work, Davide founded ROCK THE WISH® in 2018, an annual live music concert that raises funds to grant at least one Wish per year for children through Make-A-Wish Canada, a commitment he has made to help children suffering from critical illnesses.
