Shane Henry, B.P.H.E., M.Sc., LL.B.
Shane brings a calm and courteous approach to personal injury litigation. He has an inner drive that pushes him to fight to ensure that his clients reach their best result either through settlement or trial.
Shane has practiced exclusively in the area of Plaintiffs’ Personal Injury Law since his call to the bar. He has successfully represented his clients’ interests before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and in Canada Pension Plan appeals.
Shane’s diverse background helps him to understand that every client has their own needs. He has previously worked in the area of dispute resolution with amateur and professional athletes. His undergraduate work in the area of Physical and Health Education allows him to recognize the importance of helping clients to achieve the best possible recovery in both their lives and their lawsuits. Shane’s ability to develop personal and professional relationships helps him to meet his clients’ needs in a timely and courteous manner.
