
James Armstrong, Hon. B.A., J.D.
James is a lawyer practicing in the area of personal injury law. James regularly advises clients on motor vehicle accidents, statutory accident benefits, disability claims, slip and fall claims, occupiers’ liability claims, police negligence and excessive use of force claims. James has considerable experience acting for disabled clients and even those under disability. James began his legal career with the Ministry of the Attorney General at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee. Prior to relocating to Toronto, James worked at a respected personal injury firm in London, Ontario. James grew up in rural parts of southwestern Ontario and comfortably represents diverse clients in all walks of life.
James has considerable experience advocating for clients, and has appeared before Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court of Ontario. He has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Licence Appeal Tribunal for accident benefits disputes.
